When my team and I moved to Kolding in April 2016, we were looking for office space that had everything we needed to run a good business.

As we spend a lot of our time in the office, it is essential that the working environment is top-notch - including: eating facilities, toilet facilities, but also meeting facilities.

However, at that time there were no available premises, compared to our search. This resulted in us finding some other premises in the middle of Kolding. Today we are working here - 4 full-time employees, 1 part-time employee and 1 trainee in just under 170sqm. We are a talented team, who together make each other stronger.

I would recommend that you do your homework thoroughly so that you have something to compare it to. Look at 3 - 4 different rooms before you make the final decision.
